Each form is preloaded with the packout's full quanity.
Items are in the same order as the paper copy
The form should reflect the items USED from the packout on the job.
You must adjust items NOT used to ZERO.
1: Select Install kit
2: Fill in the required information
2: Count your packout, adusting quanities as you go
3: There is a comment box located at the bottom if needed
4: When finished, Click 'Submit'
